Helen Dryden is my inspiration
Remembered primarily for her cover art for "Vogue" magazine in the early 1900s, Helen Dryden reflected various styles including Art Nouveau and Art Deco. She also created Japanese-style prints, primitive Italian painters and children's books. Her subjects "were rich and sensuous in color, witty and lighthearted, but also with a haughty air of elegance".
Example of her art work . .
- I like the color of her illustration very much. This illustration gives a smooth & soft feeling because of lines and curves that she used. This art has a perfect combination between European and Japanese style.
- The combination of color is really nice. I like these two girls that dress up with baroque or rococo style clothing.Colors of the trees also make me feel like living in an other world. And a woman in black dress, her face gives some passion.
- For this one I feel like she add some of indian style in her illustration. I like pastel colors that she used. I also like the yellow line that she use to emphasis the characters and all the main focus.

- For me, this one I think she tried to make her illustrator like a cindellera story. We can see by a shoe that her drop off and also a carriage. I like her cloth with a neon pink, it's really attractive to look at.
- This one for me it shows a confident of this woman. I noticed it from her posture and her face expression. It's also represent that every women want to be beautiful.
